Our latest and greatest pack for y'all, a fully original atmospheric underground parking garage. Containing over 150 props and over 70 unique items this pack contains everything you need (and more) to create a beautiful parking garage of your choosing.
Alongside all these fantastic items, Switchboard Studios, with the help of our lovely artists have made all the assets in this pack to be usable for any product. These assets are set up by default for First Person/VR games with a texel ratio of 10.24ppm for all your assets! No more down-ressing your assets to save on texture budgets and seeing all the lovely detail disappear - these assets are made to a AAA quality AND will hold up to the inevitable optimization pass.
